Teen Elite Performance

B.C. Certified Coach from Badi Star Badminton to lead this recreational / competitive class. The course advances footwork, fitness, ABC (agility, balance, coordination). Techniques taught include overhead strokes and variation, rear count transitional return, single game tactics, doubles game formats and coordinated movements. The instructor will use an A.I. programmed shuttle device for customized drill generation.
