Beginner Intro to Figure Skating / Level 1 This program is designed for skaters who are interested in developing the fundamental skills required to pursue figure skating. The program is designed to build on foundational skating skills and develop them with specific figure skating techniques. Skaters will improve their basic edges, while being introduced to the basic components of jumps, spins, and field moves. Prerequisites: Ability to skate forward and backwards comfortably with control, ability to stop, and maintain balance while gliding on one or two feet. CSA Helmet and gloves required for lessons
