Squashers

A welcoming, high-energy program that introduces the fundamentals of squash through fun games, skill development and rallying activities. Participants will build confidence while developing grip, swing technique, footwork and court awareness in a supportive environment. No previous squash experience required. ****** 1:4 coach student ratio. All equipment provided. Eye protection mandatory (bring your own or borrow from Reception). Participants should wear athletic attire, with running shoes (non-marking soles), and bring a water bottle (filled).
