Squash Cup | Social Tournament

Join us for a Squash Cup Tournament. Event schedule: 1st round will be played Friday night (6:30-9pm). 2nd and 3rd rounds will be played Saturday (11:30am-5pm). ****** Four teams of five players. A round robin format will be used. Matches will be 20 minutes of non-stop action using point-a-rally format. To make it more interesting, cups will be positioned along the walls. Hit a cup...win an extra 5 points! Prizes for team (cumulative of all members) and player with most points will be awarded. Beginner to advanced squash skill level welcome. ****** Save 5% by registering online at least two weeks before event start. Registration closes 7 days before event. One registration per player. Schedule and additional event details will be emailed by the Wednesday of event week. In an effort to equalize opponents, weaker players will be given bonus points at the beginning of each match. Tournament organizers will make effort to create balanced teams within what registration received. ****** Notes: 1st round will be played Friday night (6:30-9pm). 2nd and 3rd rounds will be played Saturday (11:30am-5pm). This is an unsanctioned, non-ranking tournament - with the focus on fun, fair play and community spirit. Players should be available for both dates. Simple snacks will be available Friday night, fruit Saturday morning and pizza lunch on Saturday. Prize giving will be Saturday, following the end of play. ****** Eye protection required for juniors and recommended for adults. Eye protection and racquets available for borrow from Reception - or feel free to bring your own! ****** Waitlist: If you waitlist and a space becomes available, you will be notified by email. You will be asked to accept or decline the space. Please do so in a timely manner so those subsequently waitlisted may have opportunity to fill the space if you no longer want it. Refund/Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice. No refund for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice. Withdrawal requests may be made via Reception.
