Women's 3.0-3.5 Doubles Strategy

For players of a self-assessed 3.0-3.5 skill level, as per Tennis Canada's Self-Rating Guide. If you are interested in developing the techniques, tactics and strategy behind winning doubles play, this program is for you! Sessions will include drills meant to emphasize the concepts of the day and match play for the opportunity to put skills into action. ****** *Is this the right program for me? If the following sounds like you, yes! You can rally 10 balls in a row (using both backhands and forehands) when receiving high, wide or short balls. You can control the direction on your return. You are consistent with your forehand volley but, inconsistent with backhand as well as low and wide balls. You have a full service motion on both first and second serves.
