2.5 Low Intermediate Group Lessons
Start points with purpose by placing serves to your opponent's forehand or backhand. Build consistency in your groundstrokes by improving your ability to receive and respond to balls with varied depth, height and angle. At the net, focus on volleying when receiving balls of different heights. ****** For players of a self-assessed 2.5 skill level, as per Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide. ****** *Is this the right program for me? If you can rally 10 balls in a row with arc trajectory (especially on the forehand) and consistently return balls to the middle of the court, are developing a full motion on first serve, and can play at the net during practice but, are uncomfortable there during a game, yes! Please refer to Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide for further detail.
