Join us for a Mixed Doubles Triple Knockout Tennis Tournament. Each team guaranteed at least 3 matches! Tournament runs Friday, October 30-Sunday, November 1 - with matches scheduled Friday evening and through the day Saturday-Sunday. ****** NEW - Each participant must sign up individually. If you have a doubles partner confirmed, you may confirm who within the event questionnaire at time of registration. If you require a doubles partner, Tournament Leads will assist in pairing you with an appropriate teammate. You may indicate if you require a doubles partner within the event questionnaire at time of registration. ****** Save 5% by registering online at least 14 days before the event. Registration closes 7 days before event. The draw and additional event details will be emailed by the Wednesday of event week. Various tournament formats may be used when scheduling. ****** This is an unsanctioned, non-ranking tournament, intended for players of intermediate-advanced skill levels. Competitive U15 juniors welcome with pre-approval. ****** Waitlist: If you waitlist and a space becomes available, you will be notified by email. You will be asked to accept or decline the space. Please do so in a timely manner so those subsequently waitlisted may have opportunity to fill the space if you no longer want it. Refund/Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice. No refund for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice. Withdrawal requests may be made via Reception.
