Trinket Dishes

Trinket dishes are small but powerful keepers of meaning, perfect for holding your favourite jewelry, tiny treasures, or other bits of beauty that gather in daily life. In this workshop, you will learn to shape, smooth, and decorate your own clay dishes, each one becoming a reflection of your spirit and creativity. These dishes make thoughtful gifts or gentle additions to your own home. They are small celebrations of creativity, intention, and the quiet magic of holding the little treasures that make life joyful. In this workshop you will learn how to: -roll out and cut clay slabs -create a dish using a slump form -smooth and finish surfaces -optimizing functionality of your piece -decorate with stamps, textures and glazes This is a relaxed, 2-hour hands-on experience where you'll leave with something unique and entirely your own. All materials provided, with small class sizes and patient instructors. Part one is creation, and part two is glazing. After your workshop, return for a glazing session (included in the price and booked directly with the studio). Your finished piece will be ready in 2-3 weeks.
