Learn the Art of Miso Soup

Join Yoko from Yoko's Plate for a course about Alive Food. This is a hands-on beginner course making miso soup using the instructor's handmade organic miso. At the end of class you will share a bowl of soup and an onigiri (rice ball) together. Participants will leave with a small jar of Yoko's organic miso, so you can make your own miso soup at home. There is a $10 material fee for this course.
