Join Anne Marie Hogya for Sanctuary 5Rhythms Dance at the Gorge Pavilion, an open, welcoming space to dance, move, breathe, and reconnect. All ages, all genders, all abilities (15+). The 5Rhythms® is a powerful movement practice that helps us get out of our heads and into our bodies, where freedom, wildness, and ground can be found. There is no choreography to follow and no right way to move. Just music, space, and the invitation to show up as you are. You can move standing, sitting, or however your body wants to move. Everyone is welcome!
