Kids Shuttle Time

B.C. Certified Coach aims to provide training for kids to start up badminton at an early age. Lessons are designed to be enjoyable, safe and inclusive giving children opportunities to engage, have fun and experience success. Kids will learn to focus the shuttle fly in three-dimensional directions, hand-eye coordination, proper grip, foot work and simple movement games. Key Learning Stages: balloon tapping, throwing shuttlecock, light racket handling, simple underhand serves and hitting short tosses over a low net. Parents are encouraged to assist young kids to keep classes safe, fun and productive.
