MIJO Taekwondo Specialty Training

This class is a rotation of additional practice for specialty areas of the Mijo Taekwondo belt curriculum including: Poomsae, Self Defence, Advanced Kicking, Sparring and Board Breaking. Participants must be a registered Mijo Taekwondo student, open to all belt levels.
