Intro to Movement for Menopause

Intro to Movement for Menopause Designed for women in midlife (typically ages 40–60) who are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause and want to build confidence with exercise in a supportive environment. Join Registered Kinesiologist Serena Peck for a guided series focused on learning safe and effective bodyweight, resistance band, and light dumbbell exercises. You'll receive individualized feedback and coaching, with a strong emphasis on proper form and technique. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, or feeling nervous about joining a fitness class or lifting weights, this beginner-friendly program will help you build a strong foundation for lifelong strength and movement. Unlike a typical follow-along fitness class, each session builds on the last, helping you understand not only what to do, but why you're doing it. By the end of the series, you'll feel more confident performing key exercises and have a better understanding of how to build your strength routine at home or in the gym. Perfect for women who want to establish a strong foundation before progressing to more advanced strength training or individualized coaching programs.
