If you are new to the Esquimalt Rec Centre, or if you've never set foot in a gym, this orientation will help get you started. One of Esquimalt's friendly wellness centre attendants will provide a tour of the facility, demonstrate how to use some of the equipment, and provide advice on how to stay safe in the wellness centre. This orientation is free for those with a 3, 6, or 12 month pass. Please call 250-412-8500.
