Aging Backwards
Discover the key to slowing down the aging process by enhancing body awareness and mechanics in this transformative class. Our approach focuses on balancing musculature and soothing the body, helping release tension in areas such as the hips, lower back, calves, and chest. Simultaneously, participants will strengthen legs, abs, and arms without falling into compensatory patterns. Experience improved breathing mechanics and postural alignment, which lead to better control and a more natural range of motion. The class is conducted at a slow, continuous pace to help participants adapt to new movement patterns and avoid discomfort. For those new to Aging Backwards or interested in a deeper understanding of the movement blocks within the class, it is recommend to register for the Aging Backwards Intro class. This introductory session breaks down the techniques to help you build strength and enhance your range of motion effectively.
