Christmas Ornaments

It's the jolliest time of the year and we're ready to help you make the most amazing, customized, flat ornaments for your tree or as gifts. We have a plethora of holiday and general-shaped cookie cutters for you to use, as well as many ways to create textures and patterns to add dimension to your ornaments. If you have specific shapes, patterns or textures you would like to use, please feel free to bring them into the studio during your workshop to add that extra bit of personalization. In this workshop you will learn how to: -roll out a clay slab -decorate with stamps, carving, and glazes -finish surfaces to minimize sharp areas -optimize the functionality of your piece This is a relaxed, 1-hour hands-on experience where you'll leave with something unique and entirely your own. All materials provided, with small class sizes and patient instructors. Part one is creation, and part two is glazing. After your workshop, return for a glazing session (included in the price and booked directly with the studio). Your finished piece will be ready in 2-3 weeks.
